This page covers the email lists run from this website — the Wadas Fit Founding 100 launch list and the Wadas Fit tester list. It does not cover the Wadas Fit app itself, which has its own privacy policy at wadas.fit. Last updated October 28, 2026.

What we collect. When you join a list we collect your email address and, if you choose to give it, your first name — plus which list and page you signed up from. Nothing else. This website runs no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.

Who processes it. Our email platform is Kit (Kit, formerly ConvertKit). The signup forms on this site are Kit forms: your details go to Kit, Kit stores them, and Kit sends the confirmation and list emails on our behalf. Launch and tester mail is sent from hello@victorynode.com. Kit processes this data under its own privacy policy as our email service provider.

What it's used for. Launch-list mail: the Founding 100 claim window and Wadas Fit launch updates. Tester-list mail: TestFlight invites and beta feedback requests. That's the whole list of uses.

What we never do. We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with third parties for their marketing. No list you join here signs you up for anything else.

Leaving or being deleted. Every email carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click. To be deleted entirely, email hello@victorynode.com and we'll remove your record from Kit.

Testers. Beta installs run through Apple TestFlight, which is operated by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy. Feedback you send from TestFlight comes to us through Apple's TestFlight feedback system.
